The Black Public Health Student Network (BPHSN) is thrilled to share the announcement of the 7th Annual Minority Health Conference. The conference will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Milken Institute School of Public Health from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM with keynote speaker Dr. Cara V. James, Director of Office of Minority Health at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The theme for this year’s conference is “The Race For the White House: Creating Health Equity in Today’s Political Landscape”. The day will be filled with thought provoking dialogue as today’s pressing issues are discussed in our interactive panels:
Exploring the Accessibility of Reproductive and Sexual Health Care
Mass Incarceration: A Public Health Epidemic
Action and Awareness: A Climate Change Discussion
