The recently launched National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, housed within the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, is designed to build a field and movement focused on improving the needs of people with complex health and social needs. It seeks to convene leaders in the nascent field, share knowledge, and promote research and innovation. The National Center is currently hiring for a Program Manager for National Initiatives and a Program Assistant for National Initiatives - both will assist in the development, implementation and sustainment of the National Center's infrastructure.
This is a great opportunity to do important, transformative work alongside a variety of stakeholders in the healthcare and social services sectors. If interested, please apply via the Camden Coalition website.
