The purpose of the Quality and Operations Support summer internship is to:
We are seeking motivated interns to contribute to highly strategic projects, ranging from optimizing the use of new systems to ensuring we lead the industry in quality benchmarks. In return, Quality and Operations Support provides an outstanding work environment, mentoring, professional skillset development, and networking opportunities to build your career potential at KP and in the healthcare marketplace.
Examples of past internship projects include:
Knowledge and basic understanding of healthcare administration and the industry. Masters level training preferred, undergraduate level training considered. Understanding of the principles of statistics, business, and healthcare policy and administration. Demonstrated analytic and consulting skills, including communication and presentation skills, preferred. Proficiency with PC applications such as Excel, Access, and Word. Commitment to work for minimum of 10 weeks. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (examples of sponsorship include OPT, F-1, J-1, H1B).
