East Bay Health Workforce Partnership (EBHWP) is seeking an experienced and motivated project manager for our primary care and mental health workforce initiatives and our West Contra Costa health pipeline program development. EBHWP is an innovative collaborative effort among health employers, health professions schools, K-12 and higher education and community partners to meet priority regional health workforce and diversity needs and provide opportunities for local youth to become the next generation of diverse professionals. EBHWP is based at Public Health Institute in Oakland and serves Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
The project manager would be part of the leadership team and play a key role in advancing priority workforce and diversity initiatives in partnership with leading stakeholders. The role will help make an important difference on the workforce, youth and community while making valuable connections. The ideal candidate has a passion for health workforce and diversity, experience with project management and working with community stakeholders. They will be well organized, results oriented and capable of balancing structure with creativity. Masters degree plus relevant experience preferred.
